Visit Eau Claire announces the addition of Shelby Carlson, Membership and Servicing Manager.  Carlson will direct and manage all programs related to membership retention.  She will also be responsible for ensuring the communication and coordination of all group activities as they relate to supporting the overall group sales efforts in the area.  Carlson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree and a double major in Marketing and Spanish, and a minor in International Business.  Carlson previously interned with Maverick Media, assisting with special projects and promotions.  She was also an intern with Realityworks translating materials and working in customer service.
